Conditions to enter France - European Digital Passenger Locator Form [fr]

Travellers to France are now required to fill in a digital Passenger Locator Form (PLF).

Since December 9, 2021, France has been added to the European digital system for air passengers traceability, already used by Italy, Malta and Slovenia.

Passengers who wish to travel to the European Union space must fill in, before their departure, the digital Passenger Locator Form (PLF), available on the European registration website dedicated for this purpose: https://www.euplf.eu

This system will coexist with the paper forms currently collected by ADP, which will no longer be accepted except by way of exception, in the event of a health crisis.

Ref: Decree No 2021-699 of June 1, 2021, prescribing the general measures necessary for the management of the exit from the health crisis (Art 12):
“The air transport company distributes and collects the traceability sheets mentioned in article R. 3115-67 of the public health code and checks that they are completed by all of its passengers before landing under the conditions provided in parts II and III of this same article”.
