French painter François Bhavsar in Jeddah [fr]

Since the beginning of November, French painter François Bhavsar (@francoisbhavsar) has charmed the streets of Jeddah with his presence as part of a one-month residency in partnership with the Saudi Arabian Society for Culture and Arts (SASCA). Whether at the Balad or at the Corniche - and even in Asir! -, you may have already had the chance to cross paths with this former Paris Fine Arts School student, delighted to meet the inhabitants of the city, when he is not sketching their portrait. Realistic painter, François Bhavsar has represented the landscapes of several countries, including Argentina and Japan, always inspired by the beauty of life. His arrival in Saudi Arabia marks the beginning of an unprecedented artistic collaboration that is part of the kingdom’s wide opening to arts and culture.

On December 1 at 8 p.m. the opening of the exhibition of Saudi works by François Bhavsar, in his presence, will be held at SASCA.
