Gathered around a dinner “à la française”, realized by the French chef Eric Coisel, the Consul General of France in Jeddah, Mostafa MIHRAJE, hosted on February 27, 2020 at the Residence of France, the members of the Cercle des Amis de la Culture française.
Personal chef of Pierre Bergé and Yves Saint Laurent for over 20 years, Eric Coisel opened the restaurant of the Jardin de la Villa Majorelle in Marrakech and until recently was the chef of Prunier in Paris . Thanks to the expertise of the team of the Leylaty group, by Hani Al Attas, Chef Eric Coisel was able to design a menu combining French savoir-faire and local flavors.
This dinner, organized in their honor, was the moment to remember the importance of the quality of cultural and artistic programming of the Consulate General of France in Jeddah, which thanks to their francophilia and their constant support remains one of the most dynamic in the city.
Their involvement helps promote France and will allow us to continue to develop innovative and quality programming over the coming months.
